Dr. Yanagisawa says, "The vitamin C used in this treatment is highly concentrated and is given in 50- to 100-gram doses, which is the equivalent to 2,000 to 5,000 lemons directly introduced into a vein - not orally - but via an IV infusion, raising the vitamin C concentration in blood by a huge amount.
