Capitol Dome, Washington D.C.
Pencil by Warren E. Saul (1978)

A very fast sketch. My father loved really fine architecture. Once I got him a T-shirt displaying the floor plan for Christopher Wren's most famous London structure. The shirt reads, "If anyone calls, tell them I'm designing St. Paul's." My dad regularly wore that shirt for the rest of his life. It is now in my possesion.
