Edited and comments by Andrew W. Saul: Dr. William Kaufman was among the very first physicians to therapeutically employ megadoses of  vitamin B-3 (niacin, or niacinamide).  His groundbreaking work, particularly in treating arthritis, remains important to this day. My special thanks to the late Charlotte Kaufman for enabling this bibliography to be presented to the public for the first time. Robert McHeffey provided editorial assistance.
